It’s been twenty-four years since Harry Potter defeated Voldemort and the wizarding world has slowly rebuilt itself, returning back from the dark ages. Blood equality has been established, but not everyone supports it. Many purists have remained just that. Pure. Refusing to marry muggleborns, or half-bloods, those who once followed the Dark Lord have remained true to the ideal of a pure magical world. There are just some things that will never change in the world, even while there is peace. The Golden Trio has grown up and had children of their own, who are now attending Hogwarts themselves. Everyone's problems have been minimized from fearing for their lives to studying for finals or stressing over when they are going to get paid. The world has returned back to normal, or at least how normal it can get for witches and wizards.
June: It came as no shock to the wizarding community when the ministry announced the closing of Hogwarts, only weeks before the end of term. The massive vampire attack and loss of life left them with little choice. Now the governs and the ministry must decide what measure to put in place to ensure the safety of students the following year, or even if they are willing to risk it.
May: Much to the relief of the ministry the pure has seemed to lay low since the attack of the school. However that hasn't stopped others them from forming a group of their own, outside of ministry control, in order to fightback.
Jean-Michele is an old love from Dominique’s past that re-enters her life. She met him three years ago one summer when she was visiting Grandmere and Grandpere Delacour during her school break. Although their relationship was just a summer fling…it was magical and romantic like the loves you see in movies. Dom and Jean-Michele were happily infatuated with each other, late night picnics, long strolls along the streets stopping around corners for a moment of tender kisses. Jean- Michele was just the right amount of sweet and masculine and he treated Dom like a treasured piece of art. However they both knew their romance was going to be short-lived as they returned to their Wizarding Schools that fall and would probably loose contact with each other, of course they agreed to write to each other but soon their school lives took over and they were nothing but a distant memory. Dominique treasures that summer, it’s probably one of her favorite to this day. She finds herself drifting back into the memories quit often and fondly remembers their time together usually followed with a small smile. Dom thought she would never see Jean-Michele until one day she went to go visit her father at work and standing next to her father was him….suddenly the emotions flooded back into her and the memories felt like they were just yesterday. Jean-Michele was even more handsome than she remembered and soon the duo were back to old habits only this time more intense because they’ve had years to grow as people and become more eh-hem experienced in the art of love. The years apart only made their passion grow silently without them really knowing until they saw each other again and that spark charged up in an instant.
Now here’s where it gets a little tricky see Dom is plotted to have a romance with Cian Flint and with Jean-Michele re-appearing it will add some conflict for the girl for she will develop some deep feelings Cian and she would someone how get herself in this triangle of love without really realizing it for when she is with either them it’s like neither one exist. Which one will win the young girls heart? We will just have to see how the story unfolds.
This here is Lucas, but his name is up for edit for whoever takes him. ;) Lucas' house and blood status are both open, but I'd prefer him to be either a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff, but that can change too depending on where you wanna go with him. He's Mai's childhood bestie and they've been out of contact for a very long time, but that wasn't something that either of them wanted. They both grew up poor as hell in a shitty neighborhood in London and were both really nasty, foul-mouthed little brats because they were both bullied and teased. So when they met, the automatically went for each other's throats and were the absolute worst of enemies but that changed when their torments went after them both at the same time. They partnered up against the bullies and since then were not only left alone, but were practically joined at the hip. Where you saw Mai, you saw Lucas and vice versa. They were both pretty much left to their own devices by their parents, both of whom were single mothers who worked constantly, and often stayed with each other once they became good friends. Mai told Lucas at some point that she was half-vampire and he didn't really care because it didn't affect their friendship. They were friends for a little over a year before Lucas let it slip to his mom that Mai was a halfbreed, not thinking twice about it. Lucas' mom flipped and threatened Mai to keep her away and quickly moved them away before Mai could see Lucas again. Mai was eight.
Whether or not Lucas came to Hogwarts the same year that Mai did, she didn't recognize him and she was so lost in her own inward withdrawal from society that she didn't notice him if he did and he never came forward to find her. What Lucas did from then up until now is totally up to the player who picks him up, but I'd like a reunion for them where it just clicks and they realize who the other is and fall right back into their friendship. From there, I'd want them to become an item and be finals. ;) I don't have too much direction for them other than that, so if you're interested let me know so we can plot them out~!
